Very Small (VS) size is 1/4 inch to 3/8 inch and the approximate number of stones per pound is 1,300. Small is 1/2 inch to 3/4 inch, where the approximate number of stones per pound is 180 – 250. Medium is about 3/4 inch and the approximate number of stones per pound is 80 to 100. Large is about 1 inch and the number of approximate stones per pound is 45 to 50. X1 is about 1 1/4 inch and the approximate number of stones per pound is 28 to 35. XX1 is about 1 1/2 to 2 inches and the approximate number of stones per pound is 16 to 20.
