Energy White Quartz
Is it possible to be allergic to “Energies” from stones?
Hey guys. As the Title implies, I believe i am allergic to white quartz’s energy. Some people believe that every stone has energy. There’s actually books and stuff on it. Anyway, I believe in all the spiritual stuff (energies, powers, meditation, etc). Please leave this question alone if youre a skeptic of these beliefs, but here is my actual problem: Everytime i come in contact with quartz, I become very itchy and twitchy. Quartz is supposed to be one of the best stones for it’s energy. What gives? Am I allergic??

You might not be “allergic”. It might be that you need more grounding to balance it out. Stones like quartz are very electric, whereas something like obsidian or smokey quartz is more grounded and less dynamic. The twitchy itchy is electric and yang in nature. I actually tried to put clear quartz under my pillow a few times and could never sleep. I thought it would give me clear dreams but instead it gave me insomnia. If you take a salt bath or hold a grounding stone see how the quartz then feels.
