Whats the best way to increase the depth of a keyway?
I have a key which is about 3mm taller than the keyway is deep. I was thinking of maybe filling it down, since I don’t have the appropriate broach. Is there any easier way?
Yes, you could use a hand file.
If you have access to one, a milling machine would give a more precise result.
