How can a 14 Year Old loose weight on her thighs + stomach ?
Im 14 years old and my thighs are too big for my liking, i no i shouldnt be bovering about this at my age, but i really dont like it. The inner of my thighs and the back of my thighs going around too the outer thigh has thick purple stretch marks. Although thats not the only place that has stretch marks, if you could give me advice because i also have them on my breasts and my bum, i use bio oil and coco butter but its taking its time. I use the wii fit, which is brilliant. It tells me im at a healthy weight and that im just at 9 stone. The height of 5ft3 and the weight of 9 stone doesnt make me enormous. Im not exactly a skinny girl, but i do have curves. I also want too loose weight on my stomach so i dont have a big donut ring around my bele button. Im making my self sound really fat but im not, and im not being vein either lol. Can you please help me.. and yes i do excersises, so im not sure how too cope with it?
hi there, i do A level P.E and also Biology. Seriously DONT go do anything that the above have said (no offence), at you age this is expected, you are maby a 1/4 of your way through puberty and trust me the hormonal changes and development will use up so much energy aswell as chemical reactions that will take place in you body in the near future. Your body WILL have used most if not a large quantity of your fat stores. So whatever you do at this stage dont restrict your intake of food!! My advise is to swim only 20-30 mins a week at your age, swimming is alot better than any sport you do on surfaces e.g wii fit or running because it wont weir down your body(e.g joints)! But also…..here is a fact for you, for all the calories you use for a mile… lets take 100 cals for 1 mile run or jog, just to be simple, you burn 25% more in the pool so a 1 mile swim would burn 125 cals 
also swimming will keep your body toned and extremely efficient and fit! so i would swim if i was in ur position! hope this helped ( also You swim free because your under 16)
