I was thinking of going to Tulum, mexico for vacation this year. Any advise would be greatly appreciated!?
I have been to Cancun, Cozumel, and Cabo san lucas. I was thinking of visiting tulum next. Is there another place in Mexcio that would be better? I heard Tulum has amazing ruins? Any good advice ono what to do, where to stay, any great hidden gems/ restraunts and how to save money there would be great. I am a budget traveler. Thanks sooooo much. 10 points to the best answer!
You don’t sound like a budget traveler.(Too many questions and too little research.) You’re probably more of a budget “tourist” and not yet a budget “traveler”.
The ruins at Tulum are special and worth seeing because of their unique location,but the site itself is very small and the structures are not very large or significant.You could have easily seen them when you were in Cancun or Cozumel before.
Budget travelers don’t do “all-inclusive” so if you can find a cheap R/T airfare, I can give you some inexpensive hotel options in Cancun or Isla Mujeres.or most anywhere else on the peninsula Merida, Valladolid, Campeche or Chetumal etc….Budget travelers don’t do resorts, spas, or stay in any hotels that have a website.
