Here’s my question again:
What evidence about the shape of the DNA molecule could a person get from doing a lab?
We did a lab where we swished gatorade in our mouths, spit it into cups, added soap solution, added alcohol (ethanol), stirrred it, and finally looked at the DNA under a microscope.
I guess you would be looking at your cheek cells under the microscope. Then I guess you would try to look in the nucleus for the chromosomes, or maybe observe the chromatin in a cell that was undergoing mitosis.
